We collect the production data you create in SetKit, including call sheets, schedules, budgets, invoices, and related project information. When you use SetKit to organize a production, you may enter crew contact information (names, phone numbers, and email addresses) so that call sheets and production notifications can be delivered.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to operate the service, to deliver production notifications you initiate (such as call sheets sent to crew), and to provide customer support. We do not use production data or crew contact information for advertising.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate SetKit — including our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and our SMS delivery provider — only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

SMS/Text Messaging

Phone numbers entered into SetKit are used to deliver production notifications such as call sheets. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on production activity. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain account and production data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as record-keeping.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information stored in SetKit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
