Terms of Service

The Service

SetKit is a production management tool for independent commercial and music video directors. It provides features for budgeting, scheduling, call sheets, invoicing, and related production workflows.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SetKit only for lawful purposes. You will not abuse the messaging features (including sending unsolicited messages, sending to recipients who have opted out, or otherwise misusing SMS or email delivery), and you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or to accounts belonging to others.

User Content

You retain ownership of the production data you enter into SetKit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that data solely to operate and provide the service to you.

Disclaimers

SetKit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
